This is a themed diorama set in 1:35 scale, not a kit of a vehicle. The name places it among the basic equipment of a farm, that is among the objects a farmyard could not do without. The particular make-up of the set is stated on the box; you are buying a themed whole, not an individual prop.
A rural diorama differs from a city one in that work goes on in it. A farm is not a set piece but a going concern: something is being stored, something is being fed, something is just being repaired. It is exactly the small equipment of a yard that tells the viewer about that activity. Without it even a carefully built farmhouse remains an empty facade. In dioramas with military vehicles this type of accessory has one further function: it creates a contrast between ordinary life and the vehicles that have burst into it. A whole line of the strongest modeling views rests on just this tension - a tank in the middle of a yard is far more urgent when you can see around it that somebody still uses the yard.
