French Kieffer commando on the march No.5 1:35 is a resin figure of a member of the French commandos from the Normandy landings, from Dynamo-Models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin figure in 1:35 scale captures a member of the French commandos on the march. The quality casting is intended for more experienced modelers and collectors of figures and will bring a diorama on the theme of the Normandy landings of 1944 splendidly to life. The figure is supplied as a set of parts to assemble, clean up and paint, usually with optional heads for variety.
The French commandos under the command of Commander Kieffer were the only French ground unit to take part directly in the Normandy landings on 6 June 1944. The soldiers went through hard British commando training and fought alongside the Allies on the beaches and inland. The marching pose with weapons faithfully captures their advance across a battlefield.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and line them up. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate), fill the joints with putty and do the sanding with respiratory protection. Paint the uniform and equipment with acrylic figure paints in layers; shade and lighten the face for a lively expression. If the package offers optional heads, choose the variant to suit the scene you have in mind.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted, in resin. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
