A set of figures of a German tank crew in 1:35 scale from the line named Hast Du Feuer, Kamerad.
Responsibility details are not available.
The crew of a Tiger heavy tank was a well-drilled group of men who spent their days together in a cramped space and beside the machine while waiting and on maintenance. The line named Hast Du Feuer, Kamerad, that is the German question asking for a light for a cigarette, aims at exactly such a quiet moment. A group of figures by a tank shows the scale of the machine better than any figure for its dimensions and gives a scene a story.
Unlike the separately sold figures of the same line, this is a whole set of a German tank crew in 1:35 scale, that is in the same scale as the usual vehicle models. The figures are built so that they can be arranged into a single composition by the machine. The exact number of figures, the breakdown of the parts and the recommended procedure are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Remove the traces of production and the surplus material with a sharp blade a little way from the part and then sand the area gently. For parts that are not polystyrene, reach for cyanoacrylate glue. Wash and degrease the figures before painting. With a whole group it pays to mix the paints in advance and in one batch, so that the uniforms look like the kit of one crew; make the small differences only in the degree of soiling and in the shade of the faces, not in the base color of the clothing.
The set is for modelers who build German hardware in 1:35 scale and want a whole crew at once rather than assembling it piece by piece. Paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
