A detail set of antennas for the Jagdpanther and the command Befehls-Panther in the Ausf.D, A and G versions in 1:35 scale from LANMO Model. It combines metal tubing, 3D-printed resin parts and photo-etched parts — it contains the antenna bases, the star antenna and a multipart telescopic extension including its mounting. The set markedly refines the thin elements that are hard to produce in plastic. It is not a standalone model but a detail accessory for a tank kit.
The Jagdpanther was a German heavy tank destroyer of the Second World War built on the chassis of the Panther tank and armed with a powerful 88 mm gun. The command versions (Befehls-Panther) carried additional radio equipment with extra antennas, which set them apart visually from the ordinary machines.
Wash the resin parts to remove any uncured print resin residue and carefully cut off the print supports, and bend the photo-etched parts exactly according to the instructions. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The thin antennas are fragile — work patiently and protect your airways when sanding. Degrease the metal parts before painting and give them a patina.
This is an add-on detail set, not a standalone model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
