A resin set of six closed M1 ammunition cans for the American Browning M1919 machine gun in .30 caliber in 1:35 scale from MASTER. It is a detailing and diorama accessory, not a kit. The cans are cast in resin with the lid closed, ideal as stored or transported ammunition.
Closed cans suit a neatly stacked load in the bed of a vehicle, at an ammunition dump or in a rear area; they read as a supply made ready before an action. The M1 ammunition cans were used from the Second World War and lasted into the 1950s.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut away the casting blocks and clean them up using respiratory protection. Bond with cyanoacrylate glue. For a realistic look lay down a metal base coat, suggest the markings with a fine brush and finish the cans with light rust and wear.
