An injection-molded plastic kit of the American wheeled reconnaissance vehicle M1127 Stryker RV in 1:35 scale from Trumpeter. The model captures the eight-wheeled subject of the Stryker family in its reconnaissance configuration. The package holds parts in gray plastic, photo-etched sheet additions and rubber tires.
The M1127 Stryker RV is the reconnaissance version of the American family of eight-wheeled Stryker armored vehicles, which grows out of the LAV III platform. The vehicle is fitted with reconnaissance sensors and serves to gather information about the enemy and about the terrain. The Stryker family forms the backbone of the light wheeled brigades of the United States Army.
Take care over correct assembly of the axles and the wheel suspension. Fit the tires only after the hull has been sprayed. Lay the base on with an airbrush over primer, and you will create the weathering with washes and pigments for dust effects. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
