M1A1/M1A2 Big Foot workable tracks are a kit of individual track links from AFV Club in 1:35 scale for the American Abrams tanks with the wide track version.

This is a stand-alone accessory set of workable individual track links, not a tank model. The set from AFV Club replaces the vinyl or simplified tracks from the box with a faithful individual-link version with the wide track nicknamed Big Foot, as carried by the modern M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams tanks.
Each link is assembled separately and stays workable once built, so the track settles naturally onto the drive sprocket and the rollers and a realistic sag can be created. That raises the level of the finished running gear markedly against the part from an ordinary kit.
Clean the links of casting flash, build the track up in longer sections and wrap it around the wheels before the glue sets, so that it holds the right shape. For weathering, a dark wash in the recesses and dust pigments on the contact faces have proved themselves.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
