This is not a kit of a helicopter but an accessory for its interior. Quinta Studio prints the features in relief and straight in color onto decal paper, so they transfer onto the cockpit surfaces like a decal, but carry relief as well as a finished color finish. According to the name this is the Small version form. The target kit is Academy: the set is cut precisely to its shapes, so it need not fit another model.
The MH-60S is the naval version of the Black Hawk family of helicopters, used for transport, replenishment of ships at sea and support duties. The inside of the machine matches its work: a large space for cargo and crew, operator stations and instrument equipment suited to flying over water. On a model in 1:35 scale you can see well into the cabin through the glazing, so empty instrument panels and bare walls give away at once that the interior was left unfinished.
Transfer the features one at a time, not all at once, and rid the base of grease beforehand. Do not use decal softening preparations; the chemicals would damage the printed resin and ruin the feature. Let the transferred surfaces dry properly before you close the cockpit up, because once it is glued there is no putting it right. A final matte varnish evens the surface out, so that the interior will not read as glossy film.
