A set of brass photo-etched parts for building the Rhino device, that is the extendable thermal decoy system against improvised explosive devices (IEDs) fitted to the American M-ATV MRAP protected vehicle in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit of the vehicle but a detail accessory from Voyager Model with which you can add this equipment faithfully to the Kinetic Model K61007 kit.
The M-ATV is an American wheeled vehicle of the MRAP category with resistance to mines and improvised explosive devices, used above all in demanding terrain. The Rhino system consists of a boom with a heat source projecting ahead of the vehicle, meant to set off improvised explosive devices triggered by an infrared signature before the vehicle reaches them.
Carefully separate the fine photo-etched parts from the fret, bend the thin sections over a metal ruler and fix the joints with cyanoacrylate glue. Seat the Rhino assembly on the matching mount of the vehicle, complete it and treat it with a primer before painting.
The set does not hold the model itself, glue or paints. It is meant for finishing and bringing out the detail of a Kinetic Model K61007 kit you have already built.
