A resin stowage set from PANZER ART in 1:35 scale intended for enriching a model of the Panzer 38(t) light tank. It is not a kit but a detail accessory. The set brings faithfully made rolled tarpaulins, packs, crates, tools and personal kit, of the kind crews carried on the hull and the fenders. The load breaks up the empty surfaces of a model and gives it a lived-in, combat-used look.
The Panzer 38(t) was a light tank of Czechoslovak design, which the Wehrmacht used in numbers after 1939. Its chassis became the basis of a range of further vehicles. Crews often supplemented the compact tank, with its limited internal space, with supplies and equipment stowed on the outside of the vehicle.
Wash the parts free of release agent residue, cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a sharp knife and fit the mating surfaces. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); protect your airways while sanding resin. The varied materials, canvas, leather, metal and wood, come out in different shades, with shading in the folds and a fine dusting with pigments.
