This add-on set from the Polish manufacturer Eureka XXL holds resin elements of stowage and personal crew gear for the German Panzer IV tank in 1:35 scale. The set is shaped so that it fits a Panzer IV of any production version. It is not a tank model but an accessory that brings the surface of the vehicle to life. Take the exact number of parts from the enclosed leaflet.
The space inside a tank was limited, so crews carried some of their personal belongings on top, above all on the turret and on the engine deck. The set holds typical stowage such as bags, crates, jerrycans and rolled tarpaulins. Adding stowage makes a model look lived-in and more credible in a vignette as well as in a diorama.
Wash the resin parts in warm soapy water, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with your breathing protected. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Place the stowage on the turret and the engine deck, and apply a primer before painting. Set the different materials (canvas, wood, metal) apart with shades and weathering so that the stowage does not look all of a piece.
This is an add-on set in resin. The base tank model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
