1:35 Propaganda Posters WWII Poland 1935-39 is a sheet of period posters in 1:35 scale from the brand WEIKERT DECALS - an accessory for dioramas, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of reproductions of period posters from Poland in the years 1935 to 1939, printed in 1:35 scale for the needs of dioramas. The posters are placed on the walls of houses, fences, posts and advertising columns in a scene, so that the setting gains a period and local anchoring. It is not a kit or a model of a vehicle but a standalone element of a scene.
If the posters are made as waterslide decals, prepare the area with gloss varnish, cut the sheet up into individual designs and settle the decal onto a damp base. Once dry, a softener will help the design follow the texture of the plaster or the plank, and at the end unify the whole area with a matte varnish. With a printed paper version, cut the posters out with a small overlap and stick them down with a thin layer of white glue; then patinate the edges, so that they do not stand out.
Posters work better when they are not perfect: slightly crooked, with a torn corner, two overlapping. A light filter or wash also helps, unifying the color of the poster with the rest of the scene. Freshly white paper on a weathered wall looks alien and gives away at once that it is a later addition.
The accessory is supplied as a sheet for further work. Glue, varnishes and paints are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
