This is not a tank model but a detail set. It brings resin parts of the engine cooling system, that is the coolers together with their covers, and the exhausts for the German Pz.Kpfw.III medium tank in 1:35 scale. The castings replace the simplified parts from the kit and are especially useful where the engine deck and the rear of the vehicle are on show.
The Dragon kit serves as the base; it is bought separately.
The Pz.Kpfw.III was a German medium tank that formed the backbone of the armored forces in the opening years of the Second World War. It went through a series of versions with growing armament and armor; the coolers and the exhausts are among the visually prominent features of the engine compartment and the rear.
Wash the parts free of release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Treat the exhausts with rust shades and pigments, and bring out the cooling grilles with dark toning from a wash. The set is made for the usual 1:35 kit of the Pz.III.
The set contains only the resin parts. The tank kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
