Unlike whole scenic grounds, these are loose accessory items that you arrange over an area according to your own idea. The manufacturer is Black Dog and they are intended as roadblocks for dioramas in 1:35 scale. So this is neither a vehicle nor a finished scene, but equipment with which you fill a scene out.
A roadblock is one of the few accessories that creates a story by itself. Set across a roadway it explains why a vehicle is standing and why the crew has got out. Placed by the shoulder it suggests instead that the road was cleared recently. It is worth arranging them irregularly, because a perfectly aligned row looks artificial.
First degrease the items and apply a unifying base. Concrete surfaces look best in a cold gray tone that is then played out with lighter and darker patches, because real concrete never has a uniform color. Draw a dry brush carefully over the edges, so that the chipped corners step forward. Pigment in the shade of the surrounding soil dusts the lower edges, which joins the items visually to the terrain.
