Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set from PANZER ART in 1:35 scale intended for models of the British Scammell Pioneer heavy tractor. This is not a vehicle model but a cast accessory representing the radiator cowling drawn over with a canvas cover, of the kind used on these machines to protect against cold, dust and damage. The detail gives a model a faithful field look.
The Scammell Pioneer was a British heavy wheeled tractor of the Second World War, used as an artillery tractor, as a tractor for tank transporter trailers and as a recovery vehicle. Crews often covered the front radiator area with a canvas sheet. The set casts this cover faithfully, with realistic folds in the fabric, and replaces the matching part of the model with it.
Wash the mold release agent off the casting, cut off the casting block and clean up the mating surface so that the part sits exactly on the front of the model. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend painting the canvas in the shades of period fabric, bringing up the folds with light and shadow, and blending it with the vehicle using a light wash and dust pigments.
This is an accessory resin part, not a vehicle model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
