The set holds a 3D-printed resin radio set and the related equipment of the German Sd.Kfz.251/1 half-track armored personnel carrier in the Ausf.D version. The parts are already toned in the dark yellow shade, so once fitted and lightly cleaned up all that is left is to bring out the details.
The Sd.Kfz.251 was the basic German half-track carrier of the Second World War. The Ausf.D version was built in a simplified form that was easier to produce. Radio vehicles carried communications equipment placed inside the hull.
Wash the resin parts, separate them from the print supports and bond them with super glue. The finish in color speeds the work up, yet it is worth bringing out the controls, the cabling and the dials with a wash and a dry brush. Fit the interior before closing the hull.
The accessory is supplied as a resin set. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
