Soviet officer, Second World War (1943–1945), Set 2 (1:35) is a resin figure from Evolution Miniatures, a further variant of a late-war officer.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure in 1:35 scale representing a Soviet officer of the later part of the Second World War in a further treatment and pose (Set 2). It is a collector's casting for more experienced modelers, supplied as a resin kit to be assembled and painted. With similar figures it will make a convincing scene of a command post.
The dress of Soviet officers in the years 1943 to 1945 included the shoulder boards (pogony) introduced in 1943. The period matches the great offensive operations of the Red Army at the end of the war. The pose and the equipment of this variant widen the possibilities for putting a scene together.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your breathing when sanding resin. Once the primer is sprayed on, build the shades of the uniform up with shading and highlighting; finish the skin and the details with paints for figures.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
