The Scammell Pioneer SV2S was a British heavy recovery and tractor vehicle of the Second World War. It was used for towing and recovering damaged equipment; on its massive chassis it carried a number of lockers for tools and recovery gear.
Wash the part free of release agent, cut off the casting block and glue it with super glue. Put a primer on and paint with an airbrush. Bring the metal surfaces out with dark washes, fine rust and highlights from a dry brush.
