A resin set of accessories from PANZER ART in 1:35 scale for models of the American Sherman medium tank. This is not a tank model but a collection of cast pieces of crew kit and stowage of the kind that crews carried on the hull and the turret. The set turns a stark model into a lived-in, faithful machine as period photographs show it.
The Sherman was the most widely used tank of the Western Allies in the Second World War, in service on many battlefields. Crews routinely strapped rolled tarpaulins, packs, crates of rations, jerrycans and tools to the armor. These are exactly the items the set holds, so that the stowage matches real practice. The parts are shaped so that they sit naturally on the typical stowage places of this tank.
Wash the mold release agent off the castings, carefully cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); use respiratory protection when sanding. We recommend priming the surface, painting the individual pieces in the shades of fabric, leather and wood, and finally pulling them together with a wash and pigments into the overall weathering of the vehicle.
This is an accessory resin set, not a tank model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
