A photo-etched set from Eduard in 1:72 scale focused on the bomb bay of the American B-25C/D Mitchell medium bomber. It is not a kit but an accessory made of thin brass sheet that fills in the bomb bay walls, stiffeners and hinges with more faithful etched parts that plastic cannot capture at this scale.
The North American B-25 Mitchell was an American twin-engine medium bomber of the Second World War, deployed on all the major fronts. The C and D versions were among the early production variants.
Carefully snip the parts from the fret, form the precise bends on a photo-etch bending tool and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or epoxy. Degrease the metal before painting and treat it with a metal primer; the detailed structure of the bomb bay comes out once a wash is applied.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a model. The kit itself and the paints are not included in the package.
