Eduard 1:48 Mil Mi-8MT TFace

A set of self-adhesive masks from the Czech maker Eduard, not a kit. The TFace designation means that the sheets contain masks for the cockpit glazing from the outside as well as from the inside. Intended for a model of the Mil Mi-8MT transport helicopter in 1:48 scale.

Use

  • You stick the masks onto the frames of the glazing and spray over them with the interior color and the exterior finish.
  • Double-sided masking lets you separate the window frames by color inside and out.
  • Suitable for an airbrush; take the masks off only once the paint has dried.
  • Besides the glazing, the sheet usually also carries circular masks for the wheels, if the model needs them.

Who it is for

For modelers building the Mi-8MT who want clean, sharp transitions on the glazing without laborious measuring.

The set contains masks only. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
