About product

Tow cable for the M113, M163, M981 and Zelda in 1:35 scale (Eureka XXL)

A detail set from Eureka XXL for models of the American M113, M163 and M981 armored personnel carriers and their derivatives and of the Israeli Zelda version in 1:35 scale. It contains a copper tow cable with resin end fittings that replace the plastic parts from the kit. This is not a model of the vehicle but an accessory for improving your own kit.

The real subject and use

  • Intended for models of the M113 and the related M163, M981 and the Israeli Zelda
  • A replacement for plastic tow cables with copper wire rope and resin end fittings
  • The wire rope is shaped to match its stowage on the model and glued with super glue
  • 1:35 scale

Who the set is for

For modelers of modern armor who build one of the vehicles of the M113 family or the Israeli Zelda in 1:35 scale and want a more accurate metal tow cable.

An accessory, not a stand-alone model. Paints and glue are not included in the package.

FAQ

No. It is a detail accessory, a tow cable with end fittings. You need to have a model of the M113 or a related vehicle separately.

For models of the M113 and the derived M163 and M981 and for the Israeli Zelda version in 1:35 scale.

The wire rope is shaped to match its stowage on the model and is usually glued with super glue, with the ends fitted into the resin end fittings.
