PANZER ART 1:35 US Army Air Force fuel canisters, 5 gallons (12 pcs) is a resin set of containers to enrich dioramas and models.
Responsibility details are not available.
A standalone accessory set in resin in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. The package contains twelve five-gallon fuel canisters of the American type used by the ground services of the US Army Air Forces. It is not a vehicle model but a set of small containers for filling out a scene and raising its realism.
The canisters serve as cargo on vehicles, as airfield equipment or as an accessory for dioramas with American subjects. The faithful castings with raised lettering and caps replace simpler plastic parts and bring a scene to life.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). A metallic look is helped along by primer, shades of olive and rust and a fine wash into the recesses; the raised lettering comes out well with dry-brushing.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
