Black Dog 1:35 Woman mechanic no. 2 is a resin figure of a woman mechanic meant to bring dioramas and scenes with equipment to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin figure captures a woman mechanic in a working stance and is an ideal accessory for dioramas with military and civilian equipment alike. It is an accessory for more advanced modelers, not a complete model of a vehicle. The casting offers a finely worked-out figure with realistic folds of clothing.
A figure gives a scene scale, action and a human dimension. Placed beside a tank, an aircraft or in a workshop set piece, it tells a story and breaks up the plainness of the equipment on its own. In 1:35 scale it suits most military vehicles and civilian subjects as well.
Wash the parts first to get rid of the remains of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and line the parts up with a dry build. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. For painting, acrylic paints with a technique of shading and lightening do good service; fine-tune the face and the hands with oils or glazes.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
