1:35 Workable T132E1 Track Links is a set of workable tracks of the T132E1 type in 1:35 scale from AFV Club. It is not a model of a vehicle but a replacement for the tracks of a kit.

This is an add-on set of tracks, not a model of a vehicle. It replaces the tracks supplied in a kit - most often soft rubber or link-and-length plastic tracks, which paint badly and do not hold a natural shape. The designation workable means that the individual links are movable once assembled: the track can be bent, laid on the running gear and allowed to sag correctly between the return rollers, which is visible on a finished model at first glance.
Links of hard plastic hold the sharp edges of the teeth and the guide teeth and take ordinary modeling paints without a primer for rubber. A workable track also lets a vehicle be set into terrain - the track adapts to the unevenness of the ground instead of hanging in the air. The designation T132E1 corresponds to a particular type of track of American postwar design; before buying, check that this type of track matches the version of the vehicle you are building, because the individual types differed within the same family of tanks.
Clean the links of flash and molding marks before you start joining them - once assembled you will no longer reach them. Assemble in longer runs and let them only become tacky, not dry completely, so that the track can still be shaped on the running gear. If you glue the set, use liquid cement very sparingly and apply it with a fine brush away from the pins, or you will block the movement. It is best to paint the track fitted on the vehicle, or at least stretched on an auxiliary jig; after the base color a dark wash into the detail, a metallic sheen with a dry brush on the bearing faces and earthy pigments on the rest have proved themselves.
The set holds only tracks, not a model of a vehicle. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
