The Panther Ausf. D is the first production fit of the German Panther medium tank. It went into production in 1943 and can be recognized by the gun with a long 7.5 cm barrel, the sloped frontal armor and the cylindrical commander's cupola on machines from the start of production. The Panther came about as an answer to the Soviet tanks the German forces ran into in 1941, and it combined heavy firepower with good armor protection from the front.

Cut the surplus material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the rest away carefully, so that the edge of the part is not damaged. Try every part dry in its place first and even out any play by sanding, and only then glue. Before painting, wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry, so that no greasy film stays on them. Apply the paint in thin layers over a base coat, which will unify the surface of the model and the accessories.
The kit of the tank, the paints and the glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
