A plastic kit of the Japanese robot tractor Yanmar YT5113A in its fullest equipment: the Delta Crawler tracked undercarriage and a rotary implement.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Yanmar YT5113A is among the medium-sized agricultural machines and in the original it also exists in a version with automatic steering. The robot reworking means that the machine can run along a path set in advance across a field and that the operator supervises it rather than drives it. On the model this can be told by the set of sensors and the beacon above the cab.
The Delta Crawler is a triangular tracked undercarriage that is fitted in place of the rear wheels; it spreads the weight of the machine over a larger area and reduces soil compaction on a wet field. The rotary implement in turn is a soil tiller hung at the rear on a three-point hitch. This item joins both together with the robot equipment, so it offers the most complete arrangement of the whole family.
The manufacturer makes six forms of one and the same tractor and they make up a clear ladder of scope: the bare machine holds the least, then the tiller is added, then the tracked undercarriage, higher still the robot reworking, and at the top is precisely this combination of everything. What differs across this family is therefore not the quality but the extent of the package.
Agricultural hardware forgives fewer mistakes than an aircraft: the large smooth surfaces of the hood will show every irregularity left after filling, while the tracks of the undercarriage, by contrast, need dust and dried mud, otherwise they look like a polished exhibit from a trade stand. The reward is a subject you will rarely meet at modeling contests.
