The box contains six miniature injection-molded models of the North American RA-5C Vigilante carrier-borne reconnaissance aircraft in 1:350 scale. These are small supplementary aircraft intended to be placed on the decks of aircraft carrier models in the same scale, not a large model in their own right.
The North American RA-5C Vigilante was an American carrier-borne aircraft used by the US Navy from the 1960s to the 1970s. It was originally built as a heavy strike aircraft and later served mainly for tactical reconnaissance. It was marked by its large size, its delta wing and its powerful jet engines.
The parts are small, so separate them with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid plastic cement in small amounts. Painting with an airbrush before final assembly is the easiest way; the gray-and-white naval scheme of the period was typical.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
