Eduard 1:350 railings - 3 bars

This is a universal photo-etched accessory, not a ship model. The set holds brass railings with three horizontal bars, suited above all to deck edges, walkways and ramps in 1:350 scale. It is not tied to a particular ship and serves as accessory material for any ship model where the molded railing is not enough.

What it is for

The railings follow on from the railings already on the deck, including the places where the deck changes height, at ships' ladders and ramps. Thanks to the fine brass work they read more faithfully than coarse plastic castings and round out the look of the superstructure.

Use and tips

• Separate the parts with a sharp knife right at the fret, so that no burrs are left.
• Adjust the angle and the length to the particular place on the model.
• Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) in a minimal amount.
• Degrease the brass before gluing and spray it with primer if needed.
