Lamborghini has been building sports cars since 1963 and its forms were set mainly by the 1970s. First the Miura with a V12 mounted transversely behind the crew, then the Countach with a wedge body whose surfaces are cut into sharp edges, and with scissor doors. The Diablo, the Murciélago, the Aventador and the smaller Huracán followed on from that school. White on such shapes does not act as a calm color: it emphasizes every break of a surface, because shadows come out far more strongly on light paint than on a dark body, where the edges are lost instead. That is exactly why white is often chosen for models of these cars.
The badge of the brand is a raging bull in a gold shield, which refers both to the birth sign of the founder and to his fondness for bullfighting, and the individual models are named after them. The name of the shade gives the brand rather than a particular model, so no factory name of a paint is assigned to it and it is taken as a general white for this circle of cars.
