This is a colored 3D interior decal from Quinta for the MiG-29K kit in 1:48 scale (intended for the HobbyBoss kit). It is not an aircraft model but a detail set that adds the instrument panels, the side consoles, the seat and the small elements of the cockpit. The printing combines layers in relief with color printing, so the dials have recessed faces and the switches and warning lights look raised. Each dial is usually covered with a layer of gloss, which gives the impression of glass.
The MiG-29K is the carrier-based version of the MiG-29 fighter, meant for aircraft carriers. Against the land-based Fulcrum it has strengthened landing gear, an arrestor hook, folding wings and updated avionics with a glass cockpit. It serves as a multirole fighter and strike aircraft of naval aviation.
Cut the individual parts out with a sharp knife, dip them in lukewarm water for about 15 seconds and slide them off the backing paper onto the base. Paint the cockpit surfaces dark gray beforehand and varnish them with gloss varnish (Future/Klear, Tamiya X-22), because the element has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on exactly that gloss; a matte base is a mistake. On an intricate surface a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, which Quinta forbids: their chemistry attacks the printed resin and destroys the element.
A detail set, not a model. The base kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
