This set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale brings the markings of aircraft flown by Czechoslovak commanding officers in the service of the RAF. The second part of the themed series focuses on the personal as well as the unit markings of their machines. The set is meant for the corresponding fighter models, and the kit itself is not included in the package.
In Great Britain Czechoslovak airmen worked their way up into a number of command positions and directed the operations of fighter squadrons and wings. Their machines carried British camouflage schemes complemented by personal insignia and rank markings, which is an attractive and historically valuable subject for a modeler.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss varnish, once dry treat them with a softener and finally give them a coat of flat or semi-gloss clear varnish. Before applying them, check that the scheme you have chosen matches the particular type of aircraft.
