A set of cut masking templates for a model of the twin-engine airliner Airbus A330-300 in 1:144 scale. It is not a kit, but an accessory to the build. The cut is made for the kit from the Zvezda brand, which produces this type in that scale.
The A330-300 is the longer of the two basic forms of the twin-engine wide-body Airbus. It flies on long-haul as well as medium-haul routes and remains in service to this day. Compared with the shorter version it takes more passengers at the cost of a shorter range. A model in 1:144 scale comes out at roughly forty-four centimeters in length, so it is a fairly large piece.
Stick the masks onto a clean, degreased and dry surface. Press the edge down with a blunt tip, so that the paint does not seep under it. Airliners are finished to a gloss, so spray thin coats and let each one set, otherwise you will get orange peel. Take the mask off shortly after it has dried. On the windshield, spray the dark frame first and only then the white upper surface of the fuselage.
The masks are supplied on their own; the paints and the model are not included in the package.
