F-16 Fighting Falcon airbrakes 1:48

This is not a complete aircraft model but a resin (3D-printed) detail accessory for models of the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter. The set replaces the plastic airbrakes with finely made resin parts that can be shown in the open position with faithful internal detail.

Use

  • A replacement for the airbrakes on an F-16 model in 1:48 scale.
  • The option of showing the brakes open with the inside fully rendered.
  • More realism in the tail section of the fuselage.

Usage tips

  • Wash the print resin residue off the parts and let them dry.
  • Cut off the print supports and clean up the surfaces.
  • Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
  • Wear respiratory protection while sanding.

  • Fighter modelers who want to superdetail an F-16.
  • Builders with at least basic experience of resin.

The accessory is supplied as a resin part, unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
