This is a sheet of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale on the theme of the farewell to the Argentine Mirages. It is not a kit or a resin accessory: the set serves to mark a model you already have built and painted, and it replaces the decals from the box or supplements them with more interesting markings.
Decals belong on a finished glossy surface. Overcoat the painted model with a gloss varnish and let it dry thoroughly - on a matte or semi-matte surface air is trapped under the carrier film and the edges go light. Cut the individual motifs out as closely to the printing as possible, soak them in lukewarm water and let them stand on a paper towel for a few tens of seconds, until the film releases by itself.
Apply a thin layer of softening solution to the spot, move the decal onto it and adjust the position with a soft brush or a cotton bud. Blot the surplus water away with a towel and only then use a stronger softener, which draws the film down to the engraved lines. Once dry, wash the model with lukewarm water to remove the residues of the solution and even the surface out with a matte or semi-matte varnish - that way the edges of the decal disappear under the coat.
The package holds decals, not a model. The paints, the varnish and the softening solutions are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
