It is not a model or a kit - they are parts with which the wheels from the box are replaced on the Tamiya or Supermodel kit. The maker is the Czech firm Hauler, which has long specialized in accessories for military vehicles.
The Autoblinda AB41 was an Italian armored car of the Second World War period. It was distinguished by four-wheel drive and two driving positions, so it could reverse as fast as it drove forward. In the turret it carried a 20 mm automatic gun and a machine gun. It was committed for reconnaissance, for escorting convoys and for patrol duty, among other places in North Africa and on the Eastern Front. The high-set hull and the large wheels with an off-road tread make it a model on which the running parts are constantly in view.
Try the replacement wheels dry first and check whether all four sit on the surface - on a model on a flat base the slightest unevenness shows. Wash the parts in warm water with detergent before painting; that gets rid of the remains of production release agent and of grease from your fingers. Paint the rim and the tire separately: for the tire choose a dark gray rather than a deep black, which in scale looks like a hole. Masking tape cut into narrow strips helps with the transition between the rim and the tire. Apply dust and mud right at the end, with pigments or a stippled wash.
