The real subject

The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American heavy four-engined bomber of the Second World War with its characteristic high-mounted Davis wing. It was deployed on all the main theaters and is among the most numerously produced bombers of its day. The D and J variants represent two of the main production forms.
