A set of masks for a model of the Canberra bomber in the B.2 and B.20 versions in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Canberra is a British twin-engine jet bomber from the first postwar years. It staked everything on a large wing area and a light structure, thanks to which it got higher than the fighters of the day and stayed in service for a long time in reconnaissance and training roles as well. The B.2 version was the first bombing variant built in series, while the B.20 designation belongs to the Australian-built equivalent. Characteristic of this type are the glazed navigator's nose and a cockpit set off the axis of the fuselage, to port, so a model has glazing in two different places at once.
Masks for a model in 1:48 scale. Masks are used in two ways in modeling: they cover glazing so that it stays clean, or they serve as a template through which insignia and stripes are sprayed. Which parts this set covers, in what quantity and what material it is cut from are given in the instructions enclosed by the manufacturer. Working with a mask is the same in both cases: it is stuck onto a finished and dried base and removed after spraying.
The masks are supplied on their own. The kit of the aircraft, paints, decals and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
