Eduard 1:48 Beaufort Mk. I seatbelts STEEL is a color photo-etched set of steel seat belts for models of the Bristol Beaufort Mk.I in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a color photo-etched set of seat belts made of thin steel, from the maker Eduard. It is not a model but an upgrade accessory for the cockpit of a model of the British Bristol Beaufort Mk.I torpedo bomber in 1:48 scale. The parts are painted at the factory and, thanks to the steel, hold a bent shape excellently, so they faithfully imitate the sag and the waviness of the straps.
The Bristol Beaufort was a British twin-engined torpedo and bomber aircraft of the Second World War, used above all by Coastal Command against surface targets. It had a multi-member crew, so faithfully rendered belts bring the interior to life at several stations.
Separate the parts carefully with a sharp knife and shape them with tweezers. They are best glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) applied in a minimal amount. Painted belts no longer need to be overpainted; the buckles can simply be brought out lightly with dry brushing. Degrease the cockpit surfaces before gluing.
An accessory for detailing a model. This is not an airplane kit; the model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
