Beaufort Mk.I guns PRINT 1:48 are 3D printed resin barrels for Bristol Beaufort Mk.I models. A detail accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D printed resin accessory from the Czech maker Eduard, not an aircraft model. The set brings finely rendered machine guns that replace the simpler plastic parts from the base kit. Direct 3D printing makes it possible to create thin and sharp barrel shapes with no parting lines. Intended for models of the Bristol Beaufort Mk.I torpedo bomber in 1:48 scale.
The Bristol Beaufort was a British twin-engine torpedo and bomber aircraft of the Second World War. It served above all with Coastal Command and was used against shipping. Its defensive and fixed armament was among its characteristic features, so faithful machine guns benefit a model.
Separate the thin parts carefully from the print supports, as they can break. Wash and degrease the resin before gluing. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The barrels come out in a dark shade with a fine metallic cast; too much gloss does not look realistic.
This is an accessory meant for further work. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
