Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 fighter in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, in the Weekend edition. The Weekend Edition is a simpler boxing: it contains quality Eduard plastic parts and decals, but without photo-etched parts and masks. This boxing focuses on aircraft built at the Erla factory in Leipzig and offers several marking options; check the exact number against the manufacturer's part number for this item.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the most numerous German fighter of the Second World War. The G-6 version was among the most widely produced; its recognition feature was the bulged fairings (the bumps) over the synchronized machine guns on the nose. Aircraft built at the Erla factory differed in some production details. The Bf 109G was committed on every front.
Since the boxing has neither photo-etched parts nor masks, expect to mask the glazing by hand. Paint and shade the cockpit interior before closing the fuselage. Glue with liquid cement for plastic, apply primer and spray the colors with an airbrush. Apply the decals over a gloss clear coat and bring out the panel lines with a wash; spray the typical mottled camouflage on the fuselage with an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
