Bf 109K-4 seatbelts STEEL 1:48 is a set of pre-shaped etched steel pilot's belts from Eduard for refining the cockpit of a model.

This is an add-on etched set of the pilot's seat belts, not an aircraft kit. It replaces flat plastic or missing belts in a cockpit and gives the seat a realistic look. The parts are of steel and printed in color, and they hold a shaped bend as well as a natural sag of the webbing. The set is intended for models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 fighter in 1:48 scale.
The steel version of the etch is stronger than brass and holds the shape of the buckles better. The color printing shortens the painting and raises the fidelity of the pilot's space.
Separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife, shape the buckles with tweezers and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Fit the belts only after the cockpit has been painted.
The set contains the etched belts only. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
