Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale, focused on refining the cockpit interior of a model of the British Blackburn Buccaneer carrier-based strike aircraft. The set adds fine metal parts of the instrument panels, the side consoles, the ejection seats and other details of the cockpit that injection-molded plastic cannot render so finely. Some of the parts are usually pre-printed in color. The parts are broken out of the photo-etched fret and glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory.
The Blackburn Buccaneer was a British two-seat carrier-based strike aircraft that served with the navy and with the air force and specialized in attacks at low altitude and high speed. The roomy two-seat cockpit with its richly divided panels is an ideal place for refinement in photo-etched metal.
Separate the parts on a hard backing with a sharp knife and bend them accurately. To glue metal to plastic use cyanoacrylate glue, and for larger parts a two-part glue that gives you time to position them. Pre-printed parts usually do not need further painting; degrease the other metal parts before painting and apply a primer.
This is a photo-etched detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
