About product

Decals for the F-4F and RF-4E Phantom II, WTD-61, 1:48 (Syhart Decal)

A sheet of wet decals in 1:48 scale from the French maker Syhart Decal for models of German Phantoms. It offers two ceremonial schemes of the WTD-61 test establishment at Manching: an F-4F in the 45 Jahre Erprobung finish of 2002 and an RF-4E in the Last Klick finish of 1995. It is not a kit but a decal sheet for finishing a model.

Use

  • Apply onto a smooth gloss coat, which keeps the decal from hazing underneath.
  • Release the decal in warm water and settle it into the surface detail with a decal softener.
  • Once dry, go over it with a matte or semi-gloss coat according to the scheme.
  • Choose one of the two finishes offered according to the type of Phantom.

Who the sheet is for

For modelers building German F-4F or RF-4E Phantoms in 1:48 scale who want an attractive scheme of the WTD-61 test establishment.

This is a decal sheet. The model of the aircraft, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
