LööKplus from the Czech maker Eduard is a combination of premium resin accessories for the plastic model of the Fairchild Republic A-10C Thunderbolt II in 1:48 scale. It is a set of details, not a model. It combines the LööK set, that is, a resin pre-printed instrument panel made by color printing together with steel seat belts, and adds resin wheels with a realistic tread on top of that.
The Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II, nicknamed Warthog, is an American single-seat attack aircraft meant for close support of ground forces and for destroying tanks. The updated A-10C version gained a modern cockpit with glass displays and precision-guided weapons. A seven-barrel GAU-8 rotary cannon is built into the nose of the aircraft.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks away and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. The pre-printed instrument panel of the modern cockpit is ready to fit without painting. Resin wheels with a flat contact patch give the landing gear a realistic look.
This is an accessory set, not a model. The base kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package.
