It is not an aircraft kit but a set that swaps the wheels from a plastic kit for more convincing ones. The set contains the main wheels and the nose wheel; the parts have cleanly cast hubs and fine tire relief.
The MLU program updated European F-16s to a standard close to the C version, with new avionics and equipment. The wheels are among the prominent visible details of the landing gear and their fidelity shows well on a finished model.
Separate the wheels from the casting blocks, wash the mold release off them and bond them with super glue. They tend to be cast with simulated weighting (a contact flat), so watch the alignment, so that they stand on the ground. A mask supplied with them, if there is one, is useful for spraying the tires; paint the hub and the rubber separately for a clean transition.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
