This item is a sheet of waterslide decals, not a kit and not a photo-etched set. The designation part one in the name suggests that the markings for this type are divided across more than one sheet, because they do not fit on a single one. You are therefore buying one of the parts; if you want to cover all the variants, it is in order to check whether you need the follow-on sheet as well.
The Grumman F6F Hellcat was a single-engine carrier fighter aircraft with a radial engine and a folding wing, deployed in the Pacific theater during the Second World War. The F6F-3 version was the first production variant. Carrier machines carried fairly extensive markings, including the identification elements of their parent ship, so there tend to be a great many decals on a model.
Given the number of decals, it pays to lay the work out in stages: the large areas first, then the small markings and finally the technical lettering. Before application the model must be clear-coated with a gloss varnish and completely dry. Between stages let the decals dry overnight, as otherwise they will shift when the model is handled. Store the remaining part of the sheet in the dark and in the dry, since both the carrier film and the print age mainly under the influence of light and moisture.
This is an accessory for a build, not a stand-alone model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
