This resin set replaces the main engine air intake on a model of the vertical take-off Hawker Siddeley Harrier in the GR.1, GR.3 and AV-8A versions in 1:48 scale. This is a detail set, not a model.
The first-generation Harrier was a revolutionary combat aircraft with vertical take-off and landing, powered by a Rolls-Royce Pegasus engine with thrust vectoring. Its large side air intakes with hinged auxiliary doors are a conspicuous recognition feature.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and separate them from the casting blocks. Glue with cyanoacrylate, and do the sanding with respiratory protection. Paint the inside of the duct in a light shade, so that the depth stands out.
A detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
