An injection-molded plastic kit of the British V/STOL ground-attack aircraft Harrier GR.7 in 1:48 scale from Hobby 2000. The edition is built on the proven Hasegawa injection tooling and adds quality Cartograf decals and a masking set for the glazing. In the box you will find the plastic sprues and the clear cockpit parts.
The Harrier GR.7 was the British ground-attack version of the second-generation Harrier (the Harrier II family) with vectored thrust, thanks to which the machine can take off and land vertically and hover in place. The GR.7 served with the Royal Air Force for attacks on ground targets and for close air support; it carried modern targeting and night equipment and a wide range of external stores.
Finish and paint the cockpit before you close up the fuselage. Mask the canopy glazing with the mask supplied. Watch the correct setting of the vectoring nozzles, which are the Harrier's hallmark. Spray the large surfaces with an airbrush and lay a gloss coat under the decals. Fit the external stores at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
