Eduard 1:48 Hurricane Mk.IIc TFace canopy masks

A set of self-adhesive painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale. The TFace designation means that the set holds masks for both sides of the glazing, that is the outer and the inner. Thanks to that the canopy frames can be painted outside as well as inside, and the cockpit interior then looks realistic. It is not a model but an accessory that replaces the laborious cutting of masking tape.

Use

• Apply the inner masks before assembling the canopy and the outer ones after it is closed up.
• Spray the exposed frames in the interior color, then in the exterior color.
• The masks sit exactly in the frames, so the color transitions are crisp.
• Once dry, lift the masks carefully.
